During this day retreat, taking place in Spring, when the energies of nature are rising, we welcome you to explore the elements with us at this time of growth and transformation.



Whether you’re navigating emotional stress, mental fatigue, spiritual disconnection, physical imbalance, or perhaps a change of direction in your life, this retreat offers practical and intuitive tools to help you realign, re-balance and reflect.
Through gentle practices and guided exploration, we’ll work with each element to bring a greater sense of harmony, balance, insight, and awareness to your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of self. Our work is inclusive, heart-centred, and open to all.

Exploring the Elements
Session 1 – Ether: The most subtle of the five elements and often the least understood due to its imperceptible quality.Sometimes expressed as spirit, consciousness and awareness. Ether / Space surrounds us and pervades us.By bringing more space into our life we can begin to experience less friction and increased harmony.Ether is expansive, and literally infinite.It is associated with the sense of hearing and communication.
Session2 – Air: Air is all about movement, rhythm and openness. Air is the essence of all life. Deepening our connection with the air around us, and the air which touches us, as well as the air that passes through us each day on the breath, we will discover ways in which we can work with this subtle element both through movement and breathing techniques.
Session 3 – Fire: We explore the qualities of fire- change transformation, intensity and radiance. Astrologically this energy influences times of change. Fire can destroy the old to create room for new growth. The fire element represents the spiritual aspect of the self. Ultimately fire purifies, and through this purification, insight can arise, allowing us to see and engage with what is important as we let go of (burn) the rest. The fire within represents the inner creator.
Session 4 – Water: Fluidity and flow, two key qualities of the water element. A powerful moon energy, water symbolises the emotions. Water is the ‘feeling’ sign with a natural and intuitive instinct. We know from experience we can feel flat when things seem to be stagnating in our life. By opening up to opportunities, our lives can flow and where is flow there is change. That change enables fresh beginnings. By being fluid like water we become adaptable to life’s challenges.
Session 5 – Earth: Here we explore the solidity and stability of the earth. The density of this element can help us feel grounded and secure, supported and held. Earth evolves out of each of the other four elements, containing the essence of all these elements within it. We deeply connect with this element as we walk on the earth. Earth very much relates to the apparent solidity of our environment and our body. This session will help us to ‘land’ again, as we reaffirm our connection with the earth.
