Being Connected is a short, transformational course designed to help you build a personal toolkit of self-healing practices rooted in Shamanic and intuitive traditions.
Through guided exploration, you’ll learn to recognise energy imbalances, understand how they shape your emotions and interactions, and reconnect with the deeper intuitive wisdom that already lives within you.

How it Works ?
You can join us for our short course online or in-person.



Our online group is facilitated over 3 weeks with a maximum of 6 participants per group. Each session is 90 minutes. Sessions are facilitated via zoom. Links to resources are provided. Sessions are held on the same day at the same time each week for the three week duration. The online course is approximately 4.5 hours total.
Our in-person course is facilitated as a one day course. We cover all of the sessions which we cover online in one day. Lunch and refreshment breaks are provided. The full day course is approximately 6 hours total. Links to resources are provided.
