All of our services are grounded in Energy Connections. The fundamental principles of how our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental energy is connected is the foundation for our workshops. It is our intention when using Shamanic Practices to release anything which is causing an energy blockage. Energy blockages can impact on our overall wellbeing and impact on our daily routines and interactions.

Energy Connections Workshops

I created my work for the Energy Connections workshops based on the themes and topics which I cover on the Being Connected course. Once energy imbalances have been discovered, it is important to offer a space for individuals to explore how the imbalances may be intruding in their daily lives.

Growth

Spiritual growth is not something which takes place in one direction. Like branches of a tree we grow in different directions, at different stages. We are here to support individuals in unlocking their own gifts and discovering their unique medicine.

The foundation of our Shamanic work is rooted in the four elements, guiding us to connect with the intuitive wisdom within. We address energy imbalances that affect your daily life. These imbalances may be emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical.  Through this connection, we explore the relationship with our inner creator, recognizing that each of us carries a unique gift. All we need is the understanding of how to use it.

 There is nothing to be learned but there is wisdom to be unlocked…

Collaboration and Community

At our workshops, we create a safe and supportive space. Our approach is inclusive and welcoming to everyone. .The intentions for the workshops is to provide a space where people could do the inner work. Working to rebalance their energy centres.

Whilst having an awareness is enough for some individuals to help reset or re-balance. It can be challenging to find a space where individuals can re-attune to inner cycles. To reconnect with the cycles of nature. The cycles within.

Offering a space to delve deeper these workshops provide an insight into some of the ways we can re-balance the power centres ourselves. Join us to reconnect with your inner strength, restore balance, and cultivate well-being in all areas of life

The Teacher is Within

Our work aims to support participants in discovering the full potential of their soul. The journey of uncovering your unique gifts is often accompanied by the challenges and discomforts of your personal experiences—but it is through these very experiences that your greatest power is revealed.

As with any true medicine person, we often understand and access our medicine through our struggles. Our wounds guide us to this understanding. Our greatest pain can become our greatest strength, guiding us toward self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation

This work has been created to offer guidance. It is intended for those who need a little help to connect with their inner creator. To work with the open heart. A space which enables them to explore the work for themselves. To understand the ways they can do the work for themselves.

Community

It was equally important to me to collaborate with other practitioners. They offered different ways of working with the energy centres. Every person is an individual. We must provide a space where people can connect with what resonates with them on a personal level.For this reason, I chose to work with practitioners who have studied in different areas to myself.

Although we all work with ‘energy’ we each have different beliefs, values, training, qualifications and experiences. The ethos is for our medicines to unite, to complement one another. To provide an inclusive and open practice which empowers every participant to discover their own unique potential.
