Evolution of my body of work – Seasonal Yin Yoga & Qi Gong to balance the Meridians –

Before I developed a dedicated yoga practice, my journey began with studying and teaching a form of Chinese martial arts deeply rooted in the Shaolin Kung Fu tradition.

Systems such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu/Wushu share a profound connection with nature, drawing on its rhythms and cycles to inspire movement, restore harmony, and cultivate inner balance.

Much like yoga, these practices are not just physical disciplines but pathways to deeper self-awareness, healing, and connection with life’s natural flow.

My current body of work is an evolution of this lineage—a weaving together of Eastern traditions designed to nurture and balance qi, the vital energy that animates all living beings.

Through a blend of postures, flowing sequences, mindful breathing, and meditation, the practice is tailored to align with the shifting seasons and the wisdom of the five elements, supporting both body and mind in finding harmony with the natural world.

Each session is a carefully balanced blend: grounding Yin postures invite stillness, deep release, and introspection, while dynamic standing sequences encourage strength, fluidity, and energetic flow.

Together, they create space for slowing down, tuning in, and awakening to the subtle sensations within—offering an opportunity for restoration, clarity, and connection to one’s inner landscape.
